This policy covers visiting the website and communicating with iSoft. Processing within a particular service, including hosting customer data on a server, is also governed by the relevant agreement.

The enquiry form submits your name, email, message, selected service and language. Phone number and website address are optional. A plan enquiry also includes the selected plan, billing period and displayed price proposal. We receive your confirmation of consent to enquiry processing, submission time and a request identifier.

Operation, analytics and protection involve technical information: IP address, browser and request details, viewed pages, referral source, form completion timing and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token. The server and participating providers may produce technical logs.

When you contact us by email or a messenger, we receive the message and contact information you provide. An order may also require contractual and billing details. Do not send passwords, CVV numbers, one-time codes or unnecessary information about other people through the form.

We use contact details and requirements to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, agree a contract and deliver ordered services. Depending on the circumstances, the grounds are your consent, steps at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract.

Billing documents and necessary records are retained to meet legal obligations. Technical information supports security, abuse prevention and protection of legitimate interests while respecting your rights.

Visiting the website or sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Where a separate purpose requires additional consent, it is requested separately. Enquiry data is not used for an automated decision that independently produces legal effects for you.

Enquiries are available to people who need them to respond and fulfil the order, and to relevant technical providers. Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests for automated abuse and receives technical interaction data. SMTP2GO delivers form messages by email. If service Telegram notifications are enabled, a copy of the enquiry is sent to a service chat. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are used to load approved tags and measure visits and confirmed enquiries.

On pages with external logos, your browser may request resources from jsDelivr, Simple Icons and Wikimedia. These requests disclose technical connection information to the provider. Following a social, messaging or partner link is also subject to that service’s own privacy policy.

Providers may process information outside Ukraine. Relevant transfers must have appropriate legal grounds and safeguards. Ask info@isoft.com.ua about recipients and transfer arrangements for your enquiry. Disclosure to public authorities takes place in response to a valid legal requirement.

Retention depends on the purpose: handling an enquiry, fulfilling a contract, mandatory document retention or protecting rights in a dispute. Information should not be kept longer than necessary for the relevant purpose and legal requirements. Once the grounds end, it is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.

Retention for technical logs, backups and provider-held information also depends on the relevant service settings. Ask info@isoft.com.ua for the applicable period or the criteria used to determine it for particular information.

The website remembers your selected pricing currency in browser localStorage under isoft-pricing-currency. This is a local UAH or USD preference. Clear the website’s browser data to remove it and return to the default currency.

The website loads Google Tag Manager GTM-PRP58SHP and Google Analytics 4 G-SZL3EW2DVV. They may use cookies or other browser identifiers and send Google technical visit information. After confirmed form delivery, a generate_lead event is sent with only the technical request identifier, language and service category; the visitor’s name, email, phone number and message are not sent to analytics. Browser settings can control cookies; blocking analytics does not disable the contact form.

The tawk.to chat loads when you press the chat button. The service receives the messages and details you enter in the chat, technical connection data, and may use cookies to operate the conversation. We do not automatically populate the chat with contact form details.

Within the limits provided by law, you can ask about the sources, purposes and location of processing, recipients and access arrangements; access your information; request correction of inaccurate information or deletion of unlawfully processed data; and submit a reasoned objection to processing.

Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing or remove another legal ground, such as mandatory document retention. Email info@isoft.com.ua with your request and contact details. We may ask for sufficient identity confirmation to avoid disclosing information to someone else.

Requests are handled within the time limits and procedures of applicable law. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek a remedy in court.

The website uses HTTPS. The form validates input, limits repeated requests and applies automated-spam protection. Access to enquiries and project materials should be limited to people who need it for their tasks.

No transmission or storage method provides absolute security. Report a suspected disclosure or mistaken transfer to info@isoft.com.ua. Sharing project access secrets is arranged separately through an agreed secure method.

The current text is available on this page with its revision date. A material change to processing purposes or conditions requires appropriate notice and, where legally required, fresh consent. Updating the text does not itself create consent to a new purpose.
