Google Play and App Store
Mobile product engineering
A mobile product designed to livein your customer’s pocket
We design and build Android and iOS apps as part of the business system, from product discovery and UX to APIs, push notifications, analytics, security and a controlled Google Play / App Store release.
Depends on first-release scope

Why mobile
The smartphone is the shortest route between a service and its user
A mobile app earns its place when it makes recurring actions faster, more personal or available in situations where a browser creates unnecessary friction.
A persistent interaction channel
The app stays close to the user and supports repeat journeys without making them rediscover the website every time.
Push and personal events
Notifications, statuses, reminders and personalised journeys bring users back at the right moment.
Faster everyday actions
Sign-in, profile, ordering, booking and other frequent tasks are shaped around mobile-first UX.
Connected to the business
CRM, website, catalogue, databases and backend services connect to the mobile client through controlled APIs.
Offline and device capabilities
Where useful, we work with local storage, camera, location, biometrics and other native device features.
A new product or sales channel
The mobile experience can extend an existing service or become a standalone product with its own monetisation model.

What you receive
Not just screens — a complete mobile delivery cycle
Architecture, UX, integrations, release engineering and support are designed as one system so the product can keep evolving after the first publication.
Product design
Features, roles and user flows shaped around the business model and real user journeys.
Platform-aware UI/UX
Interface, navigation, states and motion aligned with Apple and Google platform expectations.
Native or cross-platform
Swift/Kotlin, Flutter or React Native — selected after UX, device APIs, roadmap and support needs are clear.
Website, CRM, backend and data
Authentication, synchronisation, catalogue, profile, databases and business integrations through APIs.
Google Play and App Store
Release materials, builds and configuration prepared for application-store publication.
Monetisation model
We help shape paid features, subscriptions, purchases or another product revenue model where relevant.
Push and analytics
Events, funnels, crash reporting and notifications that support post-launch product decisions.
Data protection
Secure authentication, secrets handling, permissions and sensible controls around personal data.
Application updates
Versioning, release notes, rollout and future updates are planned as a repeatable process.
Post-launch support
The first 3 months cover release follow-up, fixes and support for the next versions.
Real-device testing
We verify critical journeys, screen sizes, permissions, network states and release-build behaviour before publication.

Dual-platform experience
One product logic. Two powerful mobile ecosystems.
Android and iOS have different interaction patterns, release tooling and user expectations. We preserve one product logic without forcing both platforms to feel identical.
Android — flexibility, reach and multiple form factors
We design for phones and tablets with different screen sizes, system versions and capabilities across the Google ecosystem.
- Kotlin / Jetpack Compose
- Google Play release flow
- Permissions & device APIs
- Adaptive layouts
iOS — precise UX inside the Apple ecosystem
We build an experience that behaves naturally on iPhone and iPad, prepare release materials and verify critical journeys before App Store submission.
- Swift / SwiftUI
- TestFlight & App Store
- Apple platform patterns
- Privacy-aware flows

Where mobile works
Products users open every day, not once a year
Mobile is especially strong for services with recurring actions, personal profiles, statuses, payments, logistics or a need to operate beyond the browser.
E-commerce and delivery
Catalogue, cart, ordering, delivery status, loyalty programmes and push notifications.
Financial services
User accounts, documents, applications, payments and protected personal journeys.
Healthcare and education
Appointments, schedules, reminders, content, profiles and personalised communication.
CRM, ERP and logistics
Operational dashboards, statuses, scanning, geodata and field-service workflows.
Booking and tickets
Search, availability, booking flow, payment, digital tickets and reminders.
Corporate applications
Internal tools for teams, partners, field staff and service operations.

Product design
Before the first line of code, every screen already has a reason to exist
Product discovery reduces the risk of building expensive features nobody uses. Journeys and prototype come first; stack and production engineering follow.
- 01
Market and user context
We define the audience, competitive context and the primary value the product needs to deliver.
- 02
Functionality and structure
We map roles, screens, critical journeys and the boundaries of the MVP or first release.
- 03
Technology decision
Native or cross-platform is selected around device APIs, budget, performance and roadmap.
- 04
Monetisation
Where the product is commercial, we shape subscriptions, purchases, plans or another revenue model.
- 05
Prototype and user flow
We build the interaction logic and validate it before committing to full implementation.
06 / 08
Architecture modes
The app can extend your website — or become a standalone product
We do not force one architecture. The right model depends on where data already lives, who owns it and what the mobile client needs to do.
Mobile companion to an existing website
The app uses an existing website or backend as a data source while providing a dedicated mobile experience.
- Shared data source
- Catalogue, forms and calculators
- User, cart and profile synchronisation
- Offline cache or SQLite where useful
Standalone mobile product
A separate application with its own backend/API, authentication, roles, push and product roadmap.
- Android + iOS clients
- Backend and APIs
- Authentication and permissions
- Push, analytics and release pipeline
07 / 08
Store release
From release candidate to App Store and Google Play without chaos
Publication is a separate engineering stage: metadata, screenshots, signing, build artifacts, policies, regions, staged rollout and subsequent updates.
- 01ACC
Developer accounts
We help prepare or configure the required developer accounts.
- 02META
Store metadata
Name, descriptions, screenshots, icons, privacy information and release notes.
- 03BIN
Release artifacts
AAB/APK for Android and the IPA/TestFlight workflow for iOS according to the release setup.
- 04CFG
Regions and rollout
Availability, versions, restrictions and controlled rollout configuration.
- 05UPD
Updates and moderation
Support for subsequent builds, metadata changes and the technical side of repeated submissions.

Why iSoft Ukraine
A product mindset instead of “ship the app and forget it”
We treat mobile as a long-term system, from the first MVP to integrations, release engineering, security and the next versions.
Digital and IT experience
Web systems, infrastructure, integrations and mobile products are treated as one connected ecosystem.
From MVP to complex systems
We can start with a focused first release and evolve the architecture as product evidence grows.
Transparent process
Scope, stages, decisions and verification points stay visible throughout development.
Modern stack
Technology follows the product: native, cross-platform, backend, CI/CD and observability.
FAQ
Key questions before starting a mobile product
What is better: native or Flutter / React Native?
It depends on UX, device APIs, performance requirements, budget and roadmap. We choose the stack after discovery rather than before it.
Is App Store and Google Play publication included?
We can prepare release artifacts, metadata, screenshots and configuration, and support the technical submission workflow for Google Play and the App Store.
Can the app connect to an existing website or CRM?
Yes. When the system has an API, or one can be added safely, we can synchronise users, catalogue, orders, profiles and other required data.
How long does development take?
The source terms start from 5 days, but the real timeline depends on functionality, platforms, integrations, design scope and release requirements.
What happens after launch?
This service includes 3 months of technical support after release, covering launch follow-up, fixes, updates and help with subsequent versions.
